Philémonne Jaasma

As design driven innovation strategist I am lucky to work on the forefront of transition challenges such as: energy transition, urbanisation, sustainability, health care, education and (financial) wellbeing. 

These transitions ask for innovative propositions based on collaboration across sectors, silos and disciplines. My role is to facilitate collaboration and develop innovative propositions in co-creation with stakeholders. Besides consultancy work my expertise stems from having a PhD on the value of design (principles and tools) in fostering multi-stakeholder collaborations for public good.

My approach characterises itself by the curious combination of underpinning from both academic and co-creative insights, committing to quality in the process as much as in the results and meanwhile translating contagious ambition into pragmatic action. This results in well-grounded and tangible solutions that are relevant to the (business) context and supported by stakeholders.
